Real inconvenient that you can’t fill up your vehicle due to 25 gallon max per transaction. Used to bet much better when there wasn’t a gallon restriction.

Pump wasn’t responding. Pretty soon the App said too many attempts you can’t use your card for 24 hours. This is the second time this App has basically tried to not sell me fuel. The 25 gallon limit is ridiculous as well

It use to work like a champ but now it is not authorizing from my phone and the line s long. So 3 out of 4 times it works

So easy to fuel up, only with your phone. No need to bring cards or cash… and I got a discount! Love it!

Worse: app not working at pumps - sequence has been altered (screwed up) and has not worked the last 2 times I went into a Sinclair: I don’t need this and will use the Shell app henceforth! Bet no one contacts me? So be it.

They want direct link to your money and u pass their test so u link up with them they they unit you on 25 gallons a week just a big scam

Love this app

I have never received a discount from this app. Clerks at gas stations say they can’t do anything abt it. When I called customer service they were closed first time. Second time she couldn’t talk to me bc there was a fire drill . In 1 1/2 yrs I’ve never rcvd a discount. Worthless to me. As soon as I delete my info I am deleting the app. I will buy gas somewhere else, not at Sinclair.

Surprisingly, the app/payment pump worked. However, the gas velocity/pumping time was 1 gallon per 10 minutes. Gas station attendant said the pumps get cold at night. That was the explanation

What is the point of this app? I have pulled up to two different stations now and it offered me no discount. One location of the three that I used it at offered 10 cents off a gallon and everything worked well. So 1 in 3, isn’t good in my eyes. Also the map that shows prices is not always correct. Also, lots of your five star reviews are complaints. I’m not sure how you managed that. This is a one star review. Unless we’re in a reverse world. This app needs improvement, regardless of the star rating.

The app stopped working - I quit getting gas at Sinclair

I like dinosaur grass. Seriously. I find the gas quality and the stations generally clean and functional. Their app, and entire online platform for that matter, is better off left in the Stone Age. FAQs-terrible and inaccurate. App functionality-terrible. Ability to manage your account, delete an account-terrible. You can’t even change your email. It’s 2025. Are you kidding me?? Unfortunately no, I’m not kidding. Big bummer.

Tried in Tulsa Ok to use app for gas. New update will not allow access to keyboard so can’t select pump number. Drove to QT, used QT pay just fine, saved 25 cents per gallon. Sinclair needs to fix this soon or loose their customer base. Informed attendant at station , got the deer-in - headlights look. Zero help.

I have a 3/4 ton pickup truck and it has a truck size fuel tank. The app now requires me to log into the system twice to be able to fill it up. I liked it better when I could just fill up my truck and get going. It’s unfortunate that I now have to go through a petty tureen to get fueled up.

The sequence in which you have to use pay at pump is too complicated and most of the times the pump just ends the transaction before starting to pump

Very easy to use and convenient

The app was wonderful until this latest change. A 25 gal limit is completely ridiculous and unnecessary. Other than that I love it and use it all the time. But when most trucks have a 30 gal plus tank a 25 gal limit makes it a huge pain.

I would really like the name of the individual that thought it would be a good idea to put a 25 gallon limit on the app for diesel! Then I would like to know the name of the individual that said yeah that is a great idea! Let’s make buying Diesel at all of our stations extremely difficult for all the hard-working men and women that drive Diesel vehicles! This is a perfect example of how corporate individuals loose touch with the working class individual. If this is how it’s going to stay then my company will no longer be using the app to buy fuel. We will go somewhere else and my guess is a lot of other companies will do this thing…

You guys stopped the pump before 25 gallons to so we won’t get the discount at $.15 when I needed more than 25 gallons have to do two transactions

Up until December I was getting 30 cents off per gallon. Now it’s only 15 cents limit 25 gallons. Multiple transactions to fill my 36 gallon tank. Three others stations near my home are cheaper now. No reason for the family to use Sinclair!

For the few cents of saving the hassle was far more time consuming and costly. I will do business with Circle K instead which has been more convenient.

Have saved over 400 dollars with this app in gas but disappointed that they decreased the 20c discount to 15c bring back 20!!!

I’m not getting a $.15 or $.20 cent discount like your website explained I would get. If I’m not already enrolled in the Advantage plan I’m not able to see where I can enroll

Prior to Dino, with the credit card you got a $.10 discount. Now you get a $.20 discount but Sinclair has use of the money for the balance of the month that it wouldn’t have with the credit card. it’s hardly a discount when you have the use of the money. The only good thing I could say is that Sinclair has the lowest prices in my area to start with so any discount is welcome, but does it buy loyalty?no

Refuses to keep the Dino app on and discount the fuel at the advertised price on their pumps.

I have not been able to use the app for several weeks, now it won’t let me pick a pump number or pump after I have gotten their code. Have spoken with them, they don’t know why, but my 66 app is doing fine.

Paid the same as the store price, no app advantage.

So simple! Why did it take me so long to use it?

1st card didn’t let me pay cause it had insufficient but when I check I had 50$ then tried different card and can’t use the app to pay after 24 hours
